How to delete your Redline Athlete account and everything in it, including if you signed in with Facebook or Google.

Ask us to delete your account
Email mike@redlineathlete.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account.
If you signed in with Facebook or Google and are not sure which email that is, say so and tell us the name on the account; we will find it.
We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days of your request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign in, whether it used email, Google or Facebook
- Your athlete profile: weight, FTP, heart rates, zones, bikes and settings
- Your routes, rides, uploaded files and anything brought in from Strava
- Your plans, fuel points, markers and progression history
- Your place on our email list
Payment records that the law requires us to keep stay with Stripe and in our accounts for as long as the law requires, and nothing longer.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove Redline Athlete from Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove Redline Athlete. That stops Facebook sharing anything more with us. To delete what is already in your Redline Athlete account, email us as above.
If you connected Strava
Disconnect Strava in My Rides, or in your Strava settings under My Apps. Deleting your account removes everything we brought in from Strava as well.
